This school year, we're excited to introduce something we've been building behind the scenes for months:

Instead of juggling emails, Zoom links, homework attachments, and practice resources across multiple platforms, the portal brings everything together in one easy to use location. It was designed to help students, parents, and tutors stay connected before, during, and after every lesson.

Whether you're a returning family or just getting started with Tutors & Friends, here's a look at everything the portal has to offer.

Our goal was simple:

Create one place where families can manage every part of their tutoring experience.

Inside the portal, you'll find four main sections:

Each one was designed to make tutoring more organized and more effective.

Home: Your Tutoring Dashboard

The Home page gives you a quick overview of everything that's happening.

From one screen, you can:

  • View upcoming tutoring sessions.

  • Join Zoom lessons with one click.

  • See your student's information.

  • Book additional lessons when needed.

No more searching through old emails for meeting links or appointment details.

Everything you need is right where you expect it to be.

Profile: Help Us Personalize Every Lesson

Every student is different.

That's why the Profile section allows families to keep important information up to date, including:

  • School

  • Grade level

  • Contact information

The more we know about your student, the better we can tailor each tutoring session to their specific classes, curriculum, and goals.

Messages: Communicate Directly With Your Tutor

One of the most powerful features of the portal is built in messaging.

Parents and students can message their tutor directly and upload:

  • Homework assignments

  • Class notes

  • Study guides

  • Practice tests

  • Test corrections

  • Screenshots of difficult problems
